Come along to the Community Hub and speak with Kasia, our Social Prescriber, for advice and support with any benefits queries. Kasia can provide guidance on available support and help with completing application forms.

Support available includes:

• Advice and information
• Welfare benefits and financial support
• Blue Badge applications
• Attendance Allowance applications

Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
