Belton Family Reunion 2026

Dear Belton Family Members,

The Charlotte Chapter is pleased to host the 2026 Belton Family Reunion, which will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, from Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2, 2026.

The reunion hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Galleria, located at 2815 Akers Mill Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339.

The discounted room rate is $159.00 per night plus applicable taxes for either a 1 King 1-Bedroom Suite or a 2 Queen 1-Bedroom Suite. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and Queen Suites are limited. The reservation deadline is June 30, 2026. Check-in is 4:00 PM on Friday, July 31, and check-out is 11:00 AM on Sunday, August 2.

Effective with the 2026 National Family Reunion, all reunion registrations must be completed online at www.mybeltonfamily.org. Due to hotel contractual deadlines, all registrations must be submitted by June 30, 2026 ( no exceptions). No refunds will be issued unless extenuating circumstances exist and are documented prior to the reunion.

The Belton Family Scholarship Fund continues to provide financial support and encouragement to our youth. Family members are encouraged to donate at least $10.00 to the fund. Donations may be made online. Scholarship applications should be mailed to Shari Belton-Graham, Financial Secretary, 4228 Long Arrow Dr., Concord, NC 28025. The application deadline is July 1, 2026. 2026 Reunion T-Shirts will be available by preorder only. No merchandise will be sold at the reunion, and no items will be mailed. You must be present to receive your souvenir. All orders must be received by June 30, 2026 (no exceptions).
