Join me for a magical Beltane womens circle, to welcome the stirings of summer, and celebrate the bounty, creativity and abundance of spring in full bloom.
Falling between the spring equinox and summer solstice - Belatane is an ancient celtic fire festival. A celebration of the abundance and fertility of spring, and the new found energy all around.
This year Belatane also coincides with the Full moon in Scorpio which I feel adds an extra sprinkle of magic to our evening!
In this women's circle, we will celebrate all this ancient festival through . . .

* journaling practices
* guided meditation
* Beltane rituals
* oracle cards
* sound healing
* herbal tea
* a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental space
This circle is an invitation to connect deeply to yourself, the changing of the seasons and your inner magic. Whilst meeting and connecting with likeminded sisters.
Our evening will begin with a warming herbal tea and a sharing circle; a chance to drop into the space, and connect to the sisterhood, through ritual and ceremony.
Throughout the evening there will be more opportunities to share, listen, and connect, along with journaling practices, intentional rituals and guided meditations to mark and honour Imbolc, and our evening will end with relaxation using crystal singing bowls.

Please aim to arrive 5/10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.
Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.10 pm as this is disruptive to the circle, please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.

Hey, I'm Heidi, If we haven't met before thank you so much for reading this far, I hope I get the chance to meet you in person soon!
I'm a yoga teacher, sound healer, and women's circle facilitator based in London.I am so passionate about the work I do and the journey we can explore together.
My aim is always to create safe and open spaces where you can find your way back to yourself.
Whether that is through giving you time and permission to rest and unwind with a sound bath, through somatic movement or yoga, or through open and honest authentic connection in the supportive and inspiring arms of a women's circle, my mission is to help you feel more like YOU.

A womens circleis a sacred space to share our experiences, our stories and our journeys in a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space. We will listen and be heard. Hold one another and give ourselves permission to be held and to meet one another and ourselves with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
Beautiful things happen when women come together. When we nourish, respect, and celebrate one another. When we let go of the societal pressures and just be. When we gather in this sacred container as our most authentic selves we uplift, support and inspire each other, and as a sisterhood we rise together!
This is a welcoming space for ALL WHO IDENTIFY AS WOMEN, and non binary folk.
