The Strategic Behavioural Insights Team at Defra are hosting a series of webinars to support colleagues across government with learning and guidance for effective behaviour change.

This webinar will be particularly pertinent to policy and other professionals who are seeking to increase compliance with rules and regulations. It will begin by introducing compliance and what factors need to be present to allow adherence, and then outline different levels of compliance intervention, from advice to legal regulation. The webinar will provide relevant case studies throughout, demonstrating real-life examples.

By the end of the webinar, you should have a greater understanding of the factors that influence compliance behaviour and the considerations that are necessary when designing interventions. We will leave you with a map of intervention levels against situation factors so you can identify where your project sits and how to approach compliance behaviour.
