This class is to learn the principal yoga postures, form and personal alignment. With consistency, the student will begin to learn how their body moves and how to correctly hold postures, building strength and flexibility, while focusing on breath. Assistance and adjustments will be available.
Expect to learn how to bring ease into challenging moments.
Reconnect to your body and breath and then relax into the immersive expereince of Sound.
