We will meet on Saturday morningsat 10:30 beginning on Feb 7th at True Nature Holistic Arts (on the island) inCarbondale.

The 4-week course will focus on the basics. You will gain strength, flexibility, andbalance. You will learn how to move and stretch your body in a safe learningenvironment. We will cover classic yoga postures as well as the different types of yoga practices.
