About this Event

New to pole? You’re absolutely welcome here.

This class is designed to support complete beginners and students who’ve already completed a few weeks and want to keep progressing.

We build skills in layers.

  • Beginners learn solid foundations safely and clearly.
  • Returning students add strength, refinements and progressions.
  • Every move has variations.
  • Everyone gets individual guidance.

With a maximum of 7 students, you’ll always receive support and corrections suited to your level.

Who this class is for

  • Complete beginners
  • Students who’ve taken a few lessons already
  • Anyone wanting to build strength and confidence
  • All body types and fitness levels

No prior strength needed. We build it gradually.

The course is designed to progress week to week, so it is recommended to attend 1 or 2 times per week.
This is an inclusive space welcoming all genders, body types, identities, and experience levels. All tricks will have variations offered including low impact options. Strength is built gradually over time.
My background:
I’m a mixed-discipline aerialist, and these sessions are designed specifically for beginners. No strength or experience needed — we start with simple movements that build technique, confidence, and flow bit by bit. Everyone learns at their own pace, and the focus is always on celebrating progress rather than perfection. I’m a big believer in cross-training, listening to your body, and training smart so you can keep doing what you love without injuries. My classes are all about active flexibility, mobility, and moving at your pace—because the fastest way to progress is to stay safe, stay consistent, and enjoy the journey.

Note: Classes will run with a minimum of 4 students. If minimum numbers aren’t reached, you’ll be contacted in advance and offered a refund or transfer.
