About this Event
Join instructor Lauren Ashley, Certified Pilates Instructor as she guides us in a wonderful pilates class. We will focus on foundational Pilates movements with clear instruction and options for all levels. We’ll move at a supportive pace, emphasizing core strength, posture, flexibility, and mindful breathing. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, this class offers a welcoming space to move and feel good in your body.

This class is donation-based with a $20 recommended donation. All donations go to Deep Roots Non Profit, providing wellness to women survivors of trafficking and addiction.
