Release tension and restore balance with a beginner-friendly kundalini yoga session featuring breathwork, movement and meditation.
About this Event

🌿 Who This Is For:Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or exploring kundalini yoga, this session is perfect for those looking to release tension, reset the nervous system, and restore balance. The lesson is particular designed for:

  • Curious beginners: No experience is necessary, just an open mind and willingness to explore.
  • Seekers of self-connection: Come as you are if you're looking to deepen your connection with yourself and find inner calm.
  • Anyone feeling stagnant: If you're feeling a bit stuck or need to shift your energy, this class is designed to help you move and feel more vibrant.

✨ What to Expect:We’ll start our one hour session with a short breathwork practice and transition into some dynamic movements to move energy through our body. If time allows, we will practice a short calming meditation to close. The kundalini yoga practice helps build inner awareness, release tension, and bring a sense of clarity. You'll be guided every step of the way. It's the perfect way to set yourself up for the week ahead!

👜 What to Bring:Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a cushion/bolster for added comfort to your practice. Wearing white is optional.

🧘🏻‍♀️ About the Instructor:As someone with a left-brain, analytical mindset and a background in engineering, I’ve always craved logic, structure, and systems that make sense. My classes tend to weave modern science & are grounded in my beliefs:

  • Accessible - all bodies welcome
  • Personal choice - students take what resonates and leave the rest
  • Subtle shifts - every practice is a stepping stone for personal growth

🙏🏼 A Special Thank You: The beautiful space is graciously provided by Society Clubhouse. I hope these community classes becomes a seed that flourishes into something much more for you !

The name Raising Potters is inspired by my favourite quote: “the most beautiful thing a potter makes is ... the potter”. Like the potter, our greatest achievement is not what we do, but who we grow into along the way. My vision is to raise the next generation to connect within and tap into their inner power & beauty so that the world is full of authenticity and compassion.
