Whether you're completely new or returning to refresh your practice, this is the perfect way to reset, refocus, and begin the year with clarity and calm.
✨ Important Info:
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out a short registration form
• Turn off all cell phones before entering the meditation hall
• Wear comfortable, modest clothing
– Please avoid shorts, yoga pants, leggings, crop tops, sleeveless tops, or revealing clothing
– Socks are required
