This low impact sport assists to improve core strength, balance and fitness and can be a fabulous addition to your lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing.
This introduction course will take you through the absolute basics progressing towards developing fitness, skills and technique while having a heap of fun! You’ll experience nature up close and personal and maybe encounter a dolphin or two!
You don’t have to be an athlete to stand up paddle! In fact, stand up paddle boarding is suitable for most levels of fitness at any age.
