Led by Gabi and Mari, this workshop blends heart medicine and practical magic — Gabi guiding the cacao and yin, and Mari bringing her coaching wisdom to help you reset your intentions with clarity and confidence.

Join us for a nourishing morning at Oca, a space to pause, reflect, and set your intentions for 2026 with clarity and heart.

We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart, followed by guided coaching and journaling to bring your vision to life.

You’ll then melt into a deeply restorative Yin yoga and meditation practice — the perfect reset before the new year ahead.

This is a chance to reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded souls, and walk into 2026 feeling grounded, inspired, and clear on what truly matters.

After more than 15 years in the music industry and two decades immersed in nightlife, Mariana completely reinvented herself, transforming a life of high energy into one of deep purpose.

She’s now a certified yoga teacher, reformer Pilates instructor, and coach trained in neuroscience, transformational coaching, and emotional intelligence, blending science and spirituality to help people reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.

Through her classes and events, Mariana channels the same creativity, passion, and drive from her music career into the world of wellbeing, building spaces that inspire awareness, mindfulness, and genuine human connection.

Gabi is the owner of Oca, a sacred space rooted in yoga, embodied movement, mindfulness, and earth-based wisdom. With a deep love for embodied practices, she weaves yoga, meditation,

and shamanic traditions into experiences that invite presence, connection, and inner awakening. Gabi’s work is guided by a passion for living in rhythm with nature and holding space for transformation, curiosity, and healing.
