About this Event
a soft, heart-centered experience designed to reconnect you with your body, intuition, and creativity. we’ll begin with a gentle vinyasa flow and pranayama (breathwork), followed by an extended savasana and immersive sound healing meditation to help recalibrate your frequency and bring you into a deeply intuitive state.
from there, we’ll transition into an intuitive art practice, where you’ll be guided to draw or create based on a feeling, vision, or idea that arose during your practice. there will be space to share and reflect (optional), creating a sense of connection both inwardly and with the group.
this is a moment of softness, presence, love, and creative expression.
