Welcome to the Distant Relatives Project's Empowering Our Relatives (EOR) initiative — a monthly outreach program dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness and financial challenges. Our mission is to create pathways to stability, self-sufficiency, and successful reintegration into society.

Held on the last Saturday of every month, this initiative brings together our members, volunteers, and community partners to offer vital services focused on health equity and access to essential resources. Each month, we provide:

• Fresh food and produce
• First aid and personal care items
• Health and Dental screenings and education
• Vocational training and workshops
• Housing Assistance
• Identification

Info: The day kicks off as our team of volunteers gather to load our inventory into our service vehicles.

Info: Registration for the program and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will commence promptly at 10:30 am.

Info: The event is scheduled to tentatively conclude by 1:30 pm. Following its conclusion, the entire team will collaborate on the cleanup.
