Join us on Thursday 16th April at Corner Coffee Co, Bath Road in Cheltenham for this crafty home decor workshop.
We will be working with a glittering selection of glass, ceramic and and acrylic beads and charms to create your very own beaded houseplant. Pop them on a shelf or hang them in a plant hanger and enjoy the sparkle as the sun catches all the facets on the beads. The perfect item of home decor if you’re not particularly green-fingered- no watering required!
You will first choose a plant pot, hand poured by me from eco-resin in a range of colours, and fill it with polystyrene (all recycled from old packaging) to form a base.
Then you will cut lengths of wire and string them using the various beads you have selected to form stems! We will secure them into your pot and then when you have finished we can dress the top with some fabric to cover the polystyrene.
This is sure to be a fun, colourful yet mindful session as you get in the zone threading beads. Bring a friend or come along solo and meet someone new! Word of warning- if you need glasses for reading and close up work- bring them!
Your first drink is included in the ticket price, extra drinks and cakes are available to purchase on the night.
