Beach Pilates at Faena w/ Kelsey Rose
Join the shaep community on Sunday, November 9th at 9:30 AM for a 45 minute tone + flow class followed by a mini meditation with Kelsey Rose. The tone + flow series are pilates based and designed to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your entire body!
So grab your mat, put on your favorite workout gear, and get ready to sweat, stretch, and strengthen your body amidst the ocean views!

What to Bring: Yoga mat and water
Location: Faena Hotel Miami Beach on the beach. Walk up 32nd street and head straight down to the beach (on the south side of Faena Hotel).
Parking: Valet parking at Faena Hotel or municipal lot 1 block north of Faena.
