Compassion and mindfulness combined with creativity. A Be Quiet Rains Retreat event. Run by one of our Be Quiet volunteers, Ruby, this event is not about being a "good" drawer. The aim is to "let go" and see where the drawing takes you.
A Be Quiet Rains Retreat event that welcomes all ages. While the monks and nuns are on their 3 month Rains Retreat, Be Quiet will take a break from our regular Mindfulness Meet-ups and be hosting some mindfulness-based social events.

Be Quiet’s Mindfulness Meet-ups are for young mindfulness enthusiasts aged 18-35(ish). We meet with a monastic twice a month to practice meditation together & have discussions inspired by Buddhist teachings, while being inclusive of everyone’s spiritual practices.
