About this Event
Join CGDC and barre3 Arlington for a private barre3 class. ✅
Their efficient and effective barre3 Signature 45 minute workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. You’ll experience a balanced workout guided by their expert instructors, providing modifications every step of the way for you to feel successful and empowered.
Mats will be provided for the class. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can comfortably move in.

All attendees will need to sign this waiver before the class. There are only 25 spots available, so please only purchase if you are able to attend.
