De-coding Corrections
De-coding Corrections is a sensorial exploration into the most traditional and/or popular corrections that teachers share with their students. The workshop will take participants through the challenges teachers and students face with understanding the physical sensation of a correction and how to holistically integrate the body for fulfilling and implementing corrections given. Suitable for teachers of any genre of dance.
Experiential Choreography
Experiential Choreography focuses our creative lens to see, sense and build kinetic worlds with distinct movement languages that support your work. The weaving of concept, environment and energy allows folks the ability to craft three-dimensional experiences that welcome the audience into the dance world being spun. The investigation will offer tools on how to develop new movement languages and find new ways of developing and capturing material that resonates with the choreographer’s voice. Suitable for teachers of any genre of dance.
