This guided rope-assisted yoga flow uses rope as a supportive tool for stretching, balance, and somatic awareness while encouraging presence, curiosity, and gratitude for the body you inhabit.
Clothing is optional and choice is honored. The experience begins with a gentle un-robe-ing ritual where participants may remove layers at their own pace or remain clothed, creating space to release shame and return to the body as temple.
The class flows through a fun and challenging rope yoga sequence designed to awaken sensation, build confidence, and deepen connection with breath and movement. We close the practice with a relaxing soundbath and immersive visuals during savasana, allowing the nervous system to soften and integrate the experience.
This event takes place Sunday afternoon before the bar opens, transforming the space into a safe, consensual, and playful container for embodied exploration. Participation is required, and all guests must agree to the space agreements to help maintain a respectful and supportive environment.

12:00 PM — Arrival & Agreements
Doors open. Take a moment to settle in, sign the space agreements, and arrive in the container together.
12:10 PM — Doors Close
No entry after this time.
Opening circle, grounding breath, and shared intention setting.
12:20 PM — Un-Robe-ing Ritual
A guided invitation to gently release layers and arrive in your body at your own comfort level. Clothing remains optional throughout the experience.
12:25 PM — Rope Introduction & Body Awareness
Introduction to rope as a supportive tool, followed by somatic movements and stretches to awaken sensation and deepen connection with the body.
12:45 PM — Playful Rope Yoga Flow
A guided rope-assisted yoga flow designed to challenge, support, and celebrate the body through movement, curiosity, and breath.
1:10 PM — Savasana & Guided Meditation
Transition into stillness for a deeply relaxing savasana with immersive visuals and sound to integrate the experience.
1:30 PM — Closing Breath & Gratitude
Gentle return, collective breath, and gratitude before soft departures.
1:45 PM — Space Reset
Community clean-up and restoration of the space.
2:00 PM — Hard Close
