About this Event
Perfect your bao-making with our chefs on hand to help you master the skills. You'll be making and shaping your own dough, then filling with roast pork belly (or glazed tofu for a veggie version) and sticky miso-glazed aubergine.
Menu:
- Roast pork belly bao or glazed tofu bao(v)
- Sticky miso-glazed aubergine bao
Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.
What's Included:
- A welcome drink
- An alcoholic or non alcoholic drink to accompany your dishes paired by our team
- An apron to wear in class
- We do the washing up; you relax and focus on your cooking skills
- You will be given all recipes for you to recreate at home
