About this Event
Perfect your bao-making with our chefs on hand to help you master the skills. You'll be making and shaping your own dough, then filling with fried chicken and crispy Thai basil leaves (tofu for a veggie version) and sticky chilli and garlic mushrooms.
Menu:
- Crispy cornflake chicken with Thai basil leaves and a quick pickle or glazed tofu (v)
- Sticky chilli and garlic mushrooms
Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.
What's Included:
- A welcome drink
- An alcoholic or non alcoholic drink to accompany your dishes paired by our team
- An apron to wear in class
- We do the washing up; you relax and focus on your cooking skills
- You will be given all recipes for you to recreate at home
