Back Alley Bikes Garage Sale: Bike Sale

Every year Back Alley Bikes hosts their Garage Sale where everyday folks can purchase used bikes that are repaired and maintained by our wonderful volunteers. Prices start at $25 and cap around $175. All bikes are sold as-is. Patrons are also able to purchase bike locks, lights and other accessories during the event. About Back Alley Bikes

Back Alley Bikes has served the Detroit bike community since 1999 and operates a Community Workshop that is open year-round to help people learn to maintain their own bikes and to repair donated bikes for recirculation. They donate hundreds of bikes every year to kids and adults around the city. They also partner with local organizations to organize bike repair events around the city and to work to make Detroit a place where everyone can use a bike for transportation and recreation.
