A new way to practice yoga is coming to Casita Yoga: B-BOARD® BREATHE!
Be ready to improve and challenge your yoga to a whole new level! B-BOARD® is a new and unique balance board that replicates the movement of a paddle board on the water, developing stabilizing muscles, improving balance and increasing core strength.
Casita Yoga is excited to announce its first B-BOARD® BREATHE workshop with Eric Vandendriessche, founder of the board and program.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY - ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE
Here is the detail of the workshop:
1) GET TO KNOW THE B-BOARD® (15 minutes)
- Safety first
- Way to use the board
- Position on the board
2) EXERCISES & MODIFICATIONS (15 minutes):
Here is the best way to understand each pose for a better experience during the MaterClass. Eric will guide you through different poses, proposing different levels and modifications for a better or more challenging experience.
3) MASTER CLASS (45 minutes):
Be ready to enjoy the 45 minute class incorporating yoga, pilates and balance to help you to relax and find inner peace. Class is taught with beautiful and relaxing music.
4) RELAXATION ON THE B-BOARD® (15 minutes):
Use the wobbling effect of the B-BOARD® to transport yourself on the ocean while listening to relaxing sound meditation.
5) LET'S SHARE A CALMING CUP OF TEA to finish the workshop
