- EXERCISES & MODIFICATIONS (15 minutes): Here is the best way to understand each pose for a better experience during the MaterClass. Eric will guide you through different poses, proposing different levels and modifications for a better or more challenging experience.- MASTER CLASS (45 minutes): Be ready to enjoy the 45 minute class incorporating yoga, pilates and balance to help you to relax and find inner peace.
