About this Event
🌐 As Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) continue to rapidly evolve, new tools, frameworks and ways of working are emerging across the industry.
🎤 AWS Community Day Singapore brings together builders and practitioners in the AWS community to share hands-on learning experiences, technical insights, and real-world lessons from building and scaling solutions on AWS.
🤝 Beyond the sessions, this is also a space to connect with fellow builders and practitioners across different industries and experience levels. Attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss challenges and learn from peers who are navigating similar journeys in their own environments.

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON event held in Singapore. If you’re travelling from overseas, kindly note that travel and accommodation expenses will need to be covered on your own.

- Ticket Policy & Refunds: All tickets are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. In the event of cancellation, AWS User Group Singapore will communicate the next steps directly with ticket holders.
- Event Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances: The organizers (AWS User Group Singapore) reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any aspect of the event, including the agenda, speakers, format, timing, or venue, due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances such as venue issues, speaker availability, government regulations, technical disruptions, or other unexpected events. While reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes in advance, such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund unless the event is cancelled entirely. Attendees are advised to regularly check their email and the official event page for updates.
- Admission & Entry: A valid ticket is required for entry. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for reasons including safety concerns, disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or invalid registration details.
- Personal Information Accuracy: Please ensure that all personal details (including full name, email address and payment information) are accurate. These details are essential for ticket delivery, event communication, and payment processing. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in failed ticket delivery or denied entry. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Communication & Updates: Attendees agree to receive event-related communications from AWS User Group Singapore. Attendees are encouraged to regularly check their email and the official event page for the latest updates and announcements.
- Photography & Media Consent: Attendees acknowledge and consent to photography, video recording, and/or audio recording during the event. These materials may be used by AWS User Group Singapore for documentation, community engagement, and promotional purposes across digital and print platforms.
- Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, organizers, sponsors, and fellow participants. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior without refund.
- Limitation of Liability: AWS User Group Singapore shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred before, during, or after the event, including travel or accommodation costs arising from event changes, postponement, or cancellation.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
