Join us for a reset ritual that works with your nervous system, and follows the natural rhythm. A safe space to reconnect, awaken your energy and bring you back into powerful alignment.
March is a month of awakening. As the season shifts, we honour the light rising, both in nature and within ourselves.
In this ritual, we move from winter’s softness into gentle activation, awakening the body, clearing stagnant energy, and opening to renewed vitality.
Through grounding breathwork, mindful movement, guided meditation and subtle energetic attunement, we awaken our energy, strengthen our clarity, and step into the next season with presence and aliveness.
About the session:
We open with ceremonial cacao to increase the release of feel good hormones and assist heart opening. We then follow with balancing and energising breathwork to get us calm, and present. From there, we move into the guided, choreographed flow, building our energy slowly and reaching catharsis - a moment of total release. Next, we follow by grounding our energy and transition into a still guided meditation, where we journey inwards, inviting deep rest and Reiki energy integration. We close the session with herbal tea.
This meditative flow is a ritual designed to guide you into a gentle, altered state, a place where the mind quiets and you can connect more deeply with your body and heart.
It is not an expressive or perfomative movement, which may feel intimidating and uncomfortable in a group. We flow together in synchrony, with no judgement.

About the host:
Magdalena Bartosiak is a Reiki healer, movement artist, and the creator of Limminal Movement Meditation (LMM) - a somatic healing practice that blends breath, movement, and mindfulness into a powerful ritual for emotional and energetic transformation.
With a background in choreography, energy healing, and embodied wellness, Magdalena created Limminal to help people (especially women and mothers) step into their power, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their inner peace and purpose.
Her classes are more than just movement - they’re a safe space to regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and shift into a higher state of being. Magdalena’s work is rooted in joy, presence, and deep remembrance of the truth that healing and transformation begin within.
No experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
You’re also welcome to bring a blanket to keep yourself warm and cosy during the closing rest.
