We will move through a powerful, classic Kundalini Kriya specifically chosen to awaken your vital life force, strengthen your core, and open your heart—channeling the dynamic energy of spring with clarity and purpose.
To create a truly holistic experience, the practice will be gently framed with mindful reflection and enriched by a curated tasting of seasonal herbal teas. As a final act of grounding and community, we'll share a platter of homemade, herb-infused snacks lovingly prepared to nourish the body and delight the senses.
