Avicanna's 6th Medical Symposium is a two-day clinical education conference hosted in the Lower Concourse Atrium of the MaRS Discovery District, with poster presentations featured in the Heritage Atrium West.
Designed for practicing healthcare providers, researchers, and trainees, this symposium provides evidence-informed guidance spanning both clinical application and scientific understanding. Sessions will address patient assessment, treatment planning, dosing strategies, and safety considerations, while also examining emerging evidence, mechanisms of action, and areas of ongoing research in cannabinoid therapeutics.
Through case-based discussions, expert panels, and real-world clinical data alongside research presentations, attendees will gain practical insights for clinical practice and a deeper understanding of the evolving evidence base supporting medical cannabis.
