Author Talk with Sara Barnes

Author of The Cold Fix and The Winter of Our Lives, Sara Barnes has launched her own publishing imprint: CROOKED LAKE. It will showcase dark psychological dramas and romances set against the evocative backdrop of Cumbria. She survived two near-death experiences on the operating table last year, which made her acutely aware of how short life can be.

“I believe in the power of storytelling to move hearts and offer true escapism,” says Sara. “Life is now, and these stories demand to be told.”
