Master the secrets of authentic Pakistani soul food. Taught by our lead chef with 40 years of tradition, from her family kitchen to yours.
About this Event

Welcome to the grand opening of Ghazan’s Kitchen. This isn’t just a cooking class; it’s an invitation into a lifetime of tradition. Our lead chef, our Mum, began her culinary journey at just 14 years old, preparing meals for her family and mastering the delicate balance of spices that defines authentic Pakistani soul food.

After four decades of perfecting recipes passed down through generations, she is finally stepping out of her home kitchen to share her secrets with you.

What to Expect:

In this immersive workshop, you will move beyond the standard "curry powder" and learn how to handle whole spices, aromatics, and techniques that have been refined over 40 years. Whether you are a kitchen novice or a seasoned foodie, you will leave with the confidence to recreate a true Pakistani feast at home.

The Highlights:

• The Masterclass: A step-by-step guide to cooking a signature Pakistani main, a traditional side, and the perfect handmade roti.

• Spice 101: Learn the "why" behind the spices, how to toast, grind, and layer flavors for maximum impact.

• Stories from the Kitchen: Hear the stories behind the dishes, from our Mum’s early days in Pakistan to the table she set for us.

• The Family Feast: After the cooking is done, we sit down together to enjoy the meal we’ve created, served with traditional tea and conversation.

What’s Included:

• All premium ingredients and cooking equipment.

• A digital recipe pack to keep forever.

• A welcome drink and appetizers on arrival.

• The full meal you’ve prepared.

Join us this to celebrate the launch of Ghazan’s Kitchen. Space is limited to 20 guests to ensure an intimate, hands-on experience. Book your seat at our table today!
