ATOMIC ROOSTER – CIRCLE THE SUN 2025/26
Since their explosive return in 2016 – with the blessing of band founder Vincent Crane’s widow – ATOMIC ROOSTER have been tearing through festivals, clubs, and concert halls across the UK and Europe. At the helm is their early-70s guitar hero STEVE “BOLTZ” BOLTON, and the band has built an unstoppable momentum, winning over a devoted and ever-growing fanbase.
Best known for their two chart-smashing hits “Devil’s Answer” and “Tomorrow Night”, Rooster are also revered for their genre-defining proto-metal / gothic-prog masterpieces: Death Walks Behind You (1970) and In the Hearing Of… (1971). Add to that the blues-fired Made in England – featuring Chris Farlowe on vocals, Bolton on guitar, and Spinal Tap’s infamous drummer Rick Parnell – and you have the DNA of a true British rock institution.
Now, the band is mixing those stone-cold classics with blistering new tracks from their upcoming album Circle The Sun – dropping October 2025 on Esoteric Recordings and Cherry Red Records – and debuting live on their Circle The Sun Tour.

THE MIGHTY ROOSTER CREW
STEVE “BOLTZ” BOLTON – Guitar & Vocals
Teenage Rooster recruit turned guitar legend. Played with Belinda Carlisle, Scott Walker, Paul Young (including the No Parlez tour), The Who, Iggy Pop, Lemmy, Dylan, Hubert Sumlin, Keith Richards, and more. Currently fronts Dead Man’s Corner, shreds solo, and teaches the next generation of rockers.
ADRIAN GAUTREY – Keyboards & Vocals
Multi-instrumental wizard. Tours with Sari Schorr, Kiefer Sutherland, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Pete Wylie, and recorded on Robin Trower’s latest album. Since 2023, he’s stepped up as Rooster’s lead vocalist – and absolutely owns it.
SHUG SPENCER – Bass
Original 2016 reunion bassist. Former Denny Laine bandmate, groove-maker with New Amen Corner, Hiding Magpies, The Cheating Hearts, and more. The heartbeat of Rooster’s low-end power.
PAUL EVERETT – Drums
Liverpool’s hardest-working sticksman – over 300 shows a year! Resident drummer at the legendary Cavern Club, and the driving force behind Rooster’s thunder.
🔥 Atomic Rooster are back. Louder. Darker. Meaner.
This is not a nostalgia trip – it’s a resurrection.
