Athletic Conditioning Class w/ Equinox Lincoln Common

This high energy full body workout is designed by your instructor to increase your strength, endurance, and agility. Select exercises and drills are sequenced to push your performance to the next level. Leave it all on the floor.

This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.

This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend. It’s more important than ever to find ways to stay fit and healthy, so step out into the neighborhood for the Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7.
