Astroyoga- Align & Reset

Join us for a grounding and intentional yoga experience guided by the current astrological energy.

This class blends slow, fluid movement, breathwork, sound and moments of reflection to help you realign your body, clear mental clutter, and reset your energy.

Set in a colorful, mood-lighting atmosphere with a cosmic-inspired playlist, this practice invites you to move with awareness and intention while reconnecting to your inner rhythm.

All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat. An eye mask is welcome if you’d like to deepen your experience. Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
