Artisan Pasta Making Class

Step into my kitchen and into the heart of Italy.

I’m Silvana, a fourth-generation pasta maker from Naples, and I’ll guide you through the real tradition of handmade pasta — no machines, no shortcuts, just pure craftsmanship passed down from my family to yours.

This is more than a cooking class.
It’s a warm, intimate experience where you’ll:

• Feel the dough transform under your hands
• Learn the classic techniques my nonna taught me
• Discover shapes and recipes you won’t find in restaurants
• Soak up the stories, culture and magic behind Italian cooking

By the end, you’ll have created beautiful fresh pasta from scratch — and we’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labour together. Expect laughter, learning, delicious food, and that “I can’t believe I made this!” moment.

Minimum recommended age: 8+
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
