Art Therapy workshop that promotes exploration and self expression using our signture M3 practice. This method weaves meditation, writing, and art to connect you back to your highest vibrational self. Expect to deepen your awareness as you draw inspiration from your inner palette
Together we will be guided through a
M3 Practice:
Meditation (guided by Jade Javon)
- Is a technique that allows you to gain full awareness and brings you closer to yourself. Allows you to tap into your inner wisdom and guidance. You become more mindful of the present moment
Mindful Writing
- Journaling promotes self-reflection and serves as a therapeutic means of a creative outlet for self expression
Mandala Drawing
- A circular design that holds a symbolic representation of the universe and wholeness. Often associated with spiritual growth, self-discovery, and a journey towards inner harmony
- Interconnectedness of life, stimulates relaxation, mindfulness, creativity, cathartic experience, etc
- a tool for focusing the mind and promoting a sense of balance and unity
