Art of Stillness
A gentle reset for body, mind and spirit
A Sunday morning immersive experience of Naad Yoga and Sound Healing.
Let sound guide you into stillness, supported by a live soundscape of Handpan and Sitar.
The session begins with Naad Yoga facilitated by Sheetal Sanghvi. Naad Yoga combines practices such as pranayama, mantra, mudra and guided meditation, helping to soothe and regulate the nervous system.
This is followed by a Sound Healing Meditation with Atmo Ruchira, where participants relax and receive the healing vibrations of singing bowls and meditative sound textures.
The experience will be enriched by live acoustic accompaniment from Samuel (Handpan) and Varun (Sitar), creating a layered soundscape that supports deep stillness.
The morning concludes with time to connect and unwind with fellow participants.
