About the organizer:
Priya Chakroborty is based in Pune India. She is the Founder and Mentor at Sadir School of Bharatanatyam. She was introduced to Bharatanatyam at 4 and has been associated with bharatanatyam since then. During her initial years she was a disciple of Guru Tiyali Mitter of Jamshedpur. At present she is a disciple of Shri Pavitra Bhat of Mumbai. Priya's passion for Bharatanatyam is evident from the fact that she is a university topper in Bharatanatyam certifications from Allahabad and Kolkata. In addition Priya is also trained in Nattuvangam by Smt Karthika Harikrishnan of Kerala. In the year 2021 - she was also featured in the New York Times Square for her contribution to the ancient art form of Bharatanatyam.
