Fife-based artist, Pete Glen, will be conducting 2 workshops on Thursday 7th May, which is a local schools in-service day, as part of our Art in the Park festival of creativity."Making Your Mark" is suitable for families with children aged 5+ with Pete leading a session on drawing and easy printing. After a foraging session in the park for objects and having the opportunity to capture phone images, Pete will support individuals to create and print images. All materials provided.
"Drawing from Nature" is for adults and is a session on drawing and sketching on the topic of nature. After a foraging session in the park for objects and having the opportunity to capture phone images, Pete will support individuals to create pastel and charcoal works on paper. Following quick exercises with pencil/charcoal and pastels to create initial images, ideas will be developed to allow participants to have a completed artwork by end of session.
