- Relax with the aromatic guided grounding meditation and sound bowl experience to continue self-reflection & nervous system regulation.
- Leave feeling less stressed and overwhelmed, and more content and connected.
Registration Includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.
Class note: We will be smelling essential oils during this class. Please do not wear any perfumes or colognes to class.
About the Instructors: Jennifer Pressimone is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, herbalist, formulator, educator, author and motivational speaker. She owns of JennScents, Inc. and the JennScents Aromaversity, a NAHA, CE Broker & NCBTMB approved aromatherapy certification school offering Holistic, Professional & Clinical Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy Intuitive Healer Certification. Jennifer specializes in emotional and energetic wellness. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Vice-President of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy and 2023 recipient of the NAHA Lifetime Achievement Leadership Award.
Kristina Grabnickas is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who practices in Orlando at the University of Central Florida. And part of the faculty at the 2nd largest University in the U.S. for over 10 years. She is trained in crystal sound bowl therapy and sleep therapy. She currently works at UCFs premier medical school where she teaches medical students, and Staff many topics related to better health. She recently self-published a children's book in honor of her Mother last year which features sleep tips for children called "Milda the Magic Moon". Kristina has both eastern and western medical knowledge which completes and compliments outcomes for better sleep.
