The Arise & Reign Esther Weekend Retreat is not simply an event, it is a sacred gathering for women who sense that God is calling them into deeper purpose. Just as Esther was chosen and prepared “for such a time as this,” this intimate three-day retreat is designed for women who feel the stirring of destiny and are ready to walk boldly in it.
In the Book of Esther, we see a powerful journey, not just of a queen, but of a woman who was prepared, refined, positioned, and empowered by God. Esther did not step into influence overnight. There was a season of preparation, a season of refinement, and a moment when courage required her to rise and stand in the authority God had given her. During this special weekend, we will gather in a small, intentional, Spirit-led setting where women can seek God, reflect, and grow together. Through meaningful conversations, teaching, and prayer, we will explore powerful themes from Esther’s journey:
Preparation for Purpose – Understanding how God prepares us for the call on our lives.
Refinement Before Reigning – Embracing the seasons that shape our character and faith.
Identity in God – Knowing who you are and whose you are.
Authority & Boldness – Walking in the courage God has placed within you.
Arising from Fear & Stagnation – Refusing to remain silent when God has called you to stand. Like Esther, there comes a moment when we must decide not to shrink back in fear, but to rise with courage and walk in the authority God has given us.
This retreat is intentionally designed to be small and intimate, creating space for authentic connection, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
