What to Expect:
Get ready for an incredible night! Your ticket includes a selection of passed canapés, access to a fully catered food station, and one complimentary drink per person (for attendees 19+). The night will feature a live DJ and dancing, exciting raffle prizes, and professional event photography to capture all the memories.
HOW TO SECURE YOUR TICKET (MANDATORY 3-STEP PROCESS)
Please note that Eventbrite is ONLY being used to collect our final headcount and dietary restrictions. Your registration is not complete until you have paid via arcsocshop.ca - Shopify AND emailed us your receipts.
STEP 1: Reserve your ticket here on Eventbrite
STEP 2: Immediately head over to arcsocshop.ca - Shopify to officially purchase your ticket
STEP 3: Email BOTH your Eventbrite confirmation and your Shopify payment receipt to [email protected] to finalize your registration
( Important: It is your responsibility to send this email! If we do not receive your email with proof of Shopify payment after you claimed this Eventbrite RSVP, your Eventbrite reservation will be canceled to open up the capacity for other students)

Last Minute (DAS Students): $30.00 (April 17th - April 21st)
Last Minute Guests: $32.00 (April 17th - April 21st)
Dietary Restrictions:
Luma is fully catering this event with a menu that already features vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and Halal-friendly options.
When reserving your ticket, please ensure you fill out the dietary restrictions if you have severe allergies (e.g., nuts, shellfish) or need a specific individual accommodation.
(Please note: Because we must submit our final attendance and allergy lists to the venue in advance, we cannot guarantee dietary accommodations for requests made after ticket sales close on April 21st)
