April Tea Ceremony

Sunday, April 19th at 9am | Triangle Healing Center in Raleigh, NC

Join us for a Silent Tea Ceremony: an invitation to slow down, arrive fully, and rest in stillness. Through the meditative ritual of drinking tea, we reconnect with the present moment, with nature, and with ourselves. This is a deeply grounding experience that gently transforms worry into gratitude.

No experience needed. All you need to bring is yourself.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
• Suggested to bring: water, journal + pen.
• Triangle Healing Center has yoga mats, back jacks, and bolsters.
• Tea does contain varying amounts of caffeine.
