APERITIVO FRIDAYS @ WILD IS EARTH

Fermentation. Creativity. Connection.

Every Other Friday from 9 January 2026 | 6pm | Kentish Town

Aperitivo Fridays invite you into the softer side of London evenings — slow, seasonal and flavour-led. Every other Friday, the Wild IS Earth microbrewery opens its doors for intimate tasting-led gatherings where kombucha, winter plants and creativity intertwine.

We begin in the mezzanine above the brewery at 6pm, settling into a gentle 30-minute guided tasting of Wild IS Earth’s small-batch kombuchas brewed on site using FairWild nettles, real tea and the slow WISE method. It’s an atmospheric, craft-first introduction to the Wild IS Earth ethos: curious, grounded, sensory and unhurried.

After the tasting, drift downstairs to the bar for your included kombucha cocktail — seasonal, botanical and alive. Explore creations such as the Beet Negroni (Campari, gin, Cocchi vermouth and WISE Tarty Rosehip & Hibiscus Kombucha), the FireRye Mule (Wild Turkey whiskey, Calabrese chilli syrup + Fiery Lemon & Gingered Turmeric Kombucha), or the Fungi Chinotto Martini featuring seven medicinal mushrooms and house brews.

Once the tasting ends, the night opens into a relaxed Britalian Aperitivo: plant-based small plates shaped by winter greens, pickles, ferments, homegrown mushrooms and Mamma’s fresh spelt focaccia — a quiet homage to the Tolli family roots. A simple, grounding spread that celebrates fungi, plants and slow culture.

The bar stays open until 11pm serving more kombucha cocktails, low-intervention wines, cosy global grooves and a warm communal atmosphere. Stay as long as you like — sip, chat, reflect, connect. This is a night held by soft lighting, seasonal flavours and a sense of shared curiosity.
