Uncertainties in Anticoagulation
This study day, aimed at nurses, pharmacists and doctors, will focus on areas of uncertainties relating to anticoagulation therapy and update participates on developments in the anticoagulation field. By the end of the program, participants will be able to integrate their learning to optimise patient outcomes.
This teaching day is equivalent to 4 hours of CPD.
