Nod y gweithdy undydd rhyngweithiol cynhwysfawr hwn yw rhoi ystod eang o sgiliau annog ( yn yr ystyr ‘coaching’) i gyfranogwyr gyda ffocws cyfartal ar theori ynghyd â rhannu gwybodaeth, ac ymarfer cymhwysol. Bydd ffocws ar ffiniau, dulliau moesegol, a lles y cyfranogwyr.


Bydd y gweithdy yn cynnwys:

Conglfeini annog gan gynnwys:

· gwrando gweithredol;

· cwestiynau agored o ansawdd;

· adeiladu ymddiriedaeth a chydberthynas;

· technegau i rymuso ac adeiladu gweithredu unigolion;

· moeseg a ffiniau

· gosod nodau


Amrywiaeth o dechnegau o feysydd newid ymddygiad a seicoleg gadarnhaol gan gynnwys:

· grymuso pobl;

· adeiladu a hunan-effeithiolrwydd;

· cydbwysedd penderfyniadol;

· cryfderau adnabod a chymhwyso.


Bydd ffocws ar sgyrsiau yn y gweithle - a bydd yn cynnwys gwrando ar sail trawma, a chyfeirio effeithiol i sicrhau bod cyfranogwyr yn hyderus eu bod yn ddiogel pe bai unrhyw ddatgeliadau iechyd meddwl neu sensitif yn cael eu rhannu.

Coaching 4 Creatives


Who is this workshop for?

This is a course designed for people who are in, or soon to be in, managerial/supervisory roles in the creative sector in Wales - including Heads of Department. Producers, Managers and anyone who has responsibility for others.


Context

Coaching has become an essential part of leadership required to produce the best teams in the workplace. It encourages ownership and responsibility, leading to the workforce being happier and more motivated, and helps to evolve a positive culture in the workplace.


Workshop Details

This comprehensive interactive 1-day workshop aims to give participants a broad range of coaching skills with an equal focus on theory and knowledge sharing, and applied practice. There will be a focus throughout on boundaries, ethical approaches, and the well-being of the participants.


The workshop will cover:


the cornerstones of coaching including:

· active listening;

· quality open questions;

· building trust and rapport;

· techniques to empower and build self agency;

· ethics and boundaries

· goal setting


a range of techniques drawn from the fields of behaviour change and positive psychology including:

· empowering people;

· building agency and self-efficacy;

· decisional balance;

· strengths identification and application.


There will be a focus on workplace conversations and will include trauma-informed listening, and effective signposting to ensure participants are confident they can safeguard should any mental health or sensitive disclosures be shared.



Tiwtor - Michelle White


Mae Michelle yn seicolegydd cymhwysol, sy'n arbenigo mewn seicoleg gadarnhaol a seicoleg hyfforddi (MSc MAPPCP). Mae hi'n angerddol am ddatblygu dulliau ystyrlon a gwydn sy'n angori newid a thwf cadarnhaol a chynaliadwy. Yn sail i'w gwaith mae diddordeb mewn datblygu hyblygrwydd seicolegol. Mewn byd mwyfwy heriol a chymhleth mae'r gallu i symud, dysgu a thyfu drwy ein hemosiynau sy'n aml yn rhai dyrys yn sgil hollbwysig.

Mae'r cleientiaid presennol yn cynnwys Google, BAFTA, BFI, Teach First, Neo Leaders, Schneider Electric, ac Ysgol fusnes Insead ac mae hi'n eistedd ar weithgor BAFTA/BFI yn argymell egwyddorion gwrth-fwlio o fewn y diwydiannau sgrin.

Mae Michelle yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth gyda CULT Cymru trwy 6ft from the Spotlight CIC yn hyrwyddo iechyd meddwl a lles yn y diwydiant sgrin a trwy leoli Hwyluswyr Lles ar gynhyrchiadau Sgrin yng Nghymru.

Mae Michelle yn gyd-sylfaenydd LIVEWISE, Menter sy'n ymroi i rannu, gwreiddio a datblygu technegau sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth sy'n galluogi sefydliadau ac unigolion i adeiladu dulliau cryf, hyblyg a chreadigol.




Tutor - Michelle White

Michelle is an applied psychologist, specialising in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MSc MAPPCP). She is passionate about the development of the meaningful and resilient approaches which anchor positive and sustainable change and growth. Underpinning her work is an interest in the development of psychological flexibility. In an increasingly demanding and complex world the ability to move, learn and grow through our often-tumultuous emotions is a crucial skill.

Current clients include Google, BAFTA, BFI, Teach First, Neo Leaders, Schneider Electric, and Insead Business School and she sits on the BAFTA/BFI working group advocating anti-bullying principles within the screen industries.

Michelle works in partnership with CULT Cymru through 6ft from the Spotlight CIC in promoting mental health and wellbeing in the creative sector and placing WellBeing Faciitators in Wales' screen sector.

Michelle is Co-Founder of LIVEWISE, an enterprise dedicated to the sharing, embedding and developing of evidence-based techniques which enable organisations and individuals to build strong, flexible and creative approaches.
