ABOUT
Ann Packer is the author of five previous works of fiction, including the bestselling novels The Children’s Crusade and The Dive from Clausen’s Pier, which received the Kate Chopin Literary Award, among many other prizes and honors. Her short fiction has appeared in The New Yorker and in the O. Henry Prize Stories anthologies, and her novels have been published around the world. She divides her time among New York, the Bay Area, and Maine.

ABOUT Robin Black
Robin Black's story collection, If I loved you, I would tell you this was a finalist for the Frank O'Connor International Story Prize. Her novel, Life Drawing was longlisted for multiple awards, and named a Best Book of the Year by NPR, among others. An essay collection, Crash Course: Essays From Where Writing and Life Collide came out in 2016, followed by the harder to categorize conversation with a book, Mrs. Dalloway, Bookmarked in 2022.
