It will showcase performance artists such as poets singers musicians and dancers using their creative talents to shine a light on the importance of mental health and inspire attendees on the significance of prioritizing mental well-being and embracing oneself fully.

Poets seasoned and emerging will lay bare their souls through spoken word unraveling personal narratives of struggle and triumph. ·        Channel raw emotions into vibrant art by hurling paint-soaked tennis balls at canvases to create unique visual art. This physical form of art therapy can provide a cathartic release for emotions and promote self-expression.

·        Find their voices through vocal expression capturing raw emotions as personalized audio art. This form of therapy can provide a creative outlet for individuals to experience the power of artistic expression and promote healing.
