Sat Nam,
This 6wk course is focused on the theme of "ENTER THE FIRE HORSE: Mastery Consciousness and Zero Point Energy".
We will work through 6 incredible KRIYA sets designed to support your transition into this new time of rapid forward momentum, creativity and self awareness, and to regulate your nervous system whilst consciously grounding and stabilising your energy.
This course will empower you to choose your direction of travel on this huge wave of momentum, and support you in riding, navigating and integrating this wave with joy, presence and awareness. We are being asked to focus our energy and attention on the frequency and vibration of what we aspire to manifest on our timeline.
You will be connecting with your highest frequency of energy, known as your true vibration - your "SAT NAM" to build self-trust, awareness and faith in what exists beyond your 5 senses, and the space and connection between them.
In each class we will be working in synchronicity with transformational kundalini energy and the moon cycles, with guidance via the teachings of Pam Gregory and Kirsty Gallagher, to maximise the effects of this sacred holistic practise.
These classes are suitable for complete beginners and those with experience, and are intended to support a healthy lifestyle, and to keep our energy high and focused as we navigate the awakening of our potential to expand and reach beyond expectations, limitations, of our own, and of others, and of our social and cultural conditioning.
SUITABILITY:
All aspects of this practise can be adapted so age and experience are no issue
- All ages from 16 yrs up to 100yrs!
- All stages of pregnancy (inform me beforehand so I can adapt things for you)
- Sit on a mat or a chair with feet flat on the floor: up to you :)
- Super flexible or stiff as a brick? You're all welcome!

6wk course: £78 per person (pm me to book direct)
Single class: £15 subject to space (pm me)
Recordings will be sent out on the Thursday after the class (I record the ZOOM session on Wednesday mornings).
PREPARE FOR CLASS:
Get your yoga mat ready, bring an blanket, a bottle of water and a notebook and pen if you feel to take notes before or after the session to track your evolution...
