Better runners breathe better, and this book is your guide to becoming one!
Join David Jackson ( aka Jacko) not just to hear about the breathing techniques that will transform your running, but to experience them too, as he guides and coaches you through the techniques as part of this special launch event! Plus, get a taste of Mission IN-possible , unique insights into the challenge Jacko takes on from 29th May: two marathons a day for 100 days in support of two brain injury charities, including the chance to join him during four special days at Kickback Coffee in June.
Event schedule:
• Jacko will read some of his favourite running stories from the book
• Guidance through breathing exercises to transform your running
• Take your new breathing skills for a test drive with a short 3km run
• Back for snacks and a chance to buy the book, along with a Q&A
